Under the patronage of HE Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al Fadhli, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Ministry will hold a special ceremony at 1 pm on the occasion of the International Day of Cooperatives, at which Dr. Abdullah bin Saeed bin Kaddman, Chairman of the Council of Cooperative Societies, will be honored as an appreciation and recognition to his role in the development of cooperative agricultural work in the Kingdom.
