HE Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman AlFadley welcomed the Yemen's Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation Othman Mujali and the accompanying delegation at his office in Riyadh.

Discussed at the meeting were issues of mutual interest in agriculture and efforts made by Yemen to eliminate locust breeding. Ministers also delibrated on ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in combating desert locust swarms migrate from Yemen towards the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Both sides agreed to scale up efforts to fight desert locusts and support control teams in locust-affected areas.
