Abdulrahman Al-Fadley, signed a Tripartite Memorandum of Understanding with the Riyadh Municipality and the Saudi Investment Recycling Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, to start implementing activities in the field of integrated waste management including waste recycling .
