The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture hopes that visitors to its website will review the guidelines and controls set out below, and that all participants adhere to them. They are intended to achieve maximum benefit, adhere to the ethics of participation, and ensure proper and constructive communication and interaction between the Ministry and the participants:
- The participation should be characterized by seriousness, objectivity, clarity and brevity, and the comment should focus on enriching the topic under discussion.
- The participation should be written in clear language, taking into account the rules of classical Arabic and spelling as much as possible.
- That the participant adhere to the teachings and etiquette of the true Islamic religion, the national customs and traditions, and the prevailing laws of the state.
- Commitment to the etiquette of dialogue, and avoidance of racism, sectarianism, tribalism, slander, libel, and disparagement of others and their efforts.

- Be careful and accurate when writing religious texts (Quranic verses and hadiths) in posts to prevent distortion or error in writing them, while not using them in other than their correct places.
- Respecting the laws and rights of intellectual property and copying, and clarifying the references and sources used in the intervention or participation.
- Not to publish personal data such as names, contact information and addresses, and not to market to any other party.
- Not to misuse the Ministry's e-participation systems in a way that affects its performance, level of security, speed, or continuity, or to prevent others from benefiting from it.
