Saudi Arabia and Ghana are strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors and boosting investment opportunities in agriculture, food security, fisheries, and livestock. This agreement was reached during a meeting between the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Eng. Abdulrahman Alfadley, and the Minister of Food and Agriculture of Ghana.
During the meeting, they discussed collaboration and explored investment in agriculture, livestock, and food processing. The two sides agreed, as a beginning, to work together to ease the processes for investors in both countries, aiming to serve the common interest and expand the scope of economic partnership.
Minister Alfadley's tour of Africa included visits to Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, and Ghana, aligning with efforts to implement the outcomes of the recent Saudi-African Summit. The tour aims to strengthen relations and collaboration between Saudi Arabia and African states.
