MEWA and The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of Egypt sign for a Cooperation Agreement

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and the Egypt's Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation have signed today a cooperation agreement in the field of veterinary services.

The cooperation agreement was signed by the Deputy Minister for Animal Wealth, Dr. Hamad AlBatshan, on behalf of the Saudi side, and the Vice Minister of Agriculture for Livestock, Fisheries, and Poultry Resources, Dr. Mona Mehrez, on behalf of the Egypt side.

This Agreement aims at improving the quality of services of the veterinary clinics and units in all regions of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, developing veterinary laboratories, providing technical support for veterinary quarantines and training for veterinarians and veterinary assistants, offering Egyptian qualified technical cadres of laboratory specialists to work in Saudi Arabia.
